For those guests who like to arrive in style we offer a shuttle service. We will fetch your
pet from your location and return him/her to your loving arms after Lodging, a Salon appointment, Daycare, a scheduled Veterinarian appointment, or an Emergency. For your convenience we also offer affordable delivery of pet supplies purchased from us.

For your pet’s safety we do have a few rules:
- A pet caretaker must be at your home for drop off and pick up.
- A signature will be required for release of the pet. Please ensure you have an authorized
- person to sign.
- We will not leave your pet in the backyard alone.
- We will schedule a convenient time to pick up and/or drop off your pet. A service fee will
- be assessed if there is no caretaker available at the time of pick up or drop off.
- We require scheduled arrangements in advance for shuttle services.
- Emergency shuttle service is available on the same day for an additional fee.
- All pets are transported securely.

Please contact us for pricing as it is based on the round trip mileage to and from the kennel. (FYI: We use Google maps to calculate all mileage)
