Our pet hotel is all inclusive. We provide to each pet staying with us:
- Private indoor suites with attached outdoor verandas
• indoor dimensions are 4 ft by 5 ft
• indoor is heated and cooled based on season
• outdoor dimensions are 4 ft by 18 ft
- Individually catered meals up to 3 times per day
- Custom designed, hypoallergenic fleece bedding and Kuranda® dog beds
- Daily housekeeping service with special attention to sterilization
- 24 hour a day access to fresh clean water
- bedtime and late night checks with biscuits

We offer rates for:
- Single occupancy
- Double occupancy
- Triple occupancy
- Military Discount with ID

Meals
We feed both Breakfast and dinner. We offer lunch to those discerning guests who like to have a midday meal. We provide our canine companions with the highest quality pet foods. We offer Premium Edge, Taste of The Wild, or Nature’s Variety diets to select from. We have canned and Raw diets for the sophisticated palette.

Should your pet require his own food from home we can accommodate. Your pet’s meals will need to be packaged individually in self sealing containers – such as Ziploc bags. There is an additional daily charge to feed your own food.

Medications
We can administer any medication or supplement that is provided by you, as the pet owner. We will ask you for very explicit instructions about the medication/supplement. We need to know what it is, when to give it and how much to give.
There is a daily charge for medications or supplements.

Vaccinations
We are very concerned about the health and welfare of the pets who stay with us. We therefore do require that all pets who stay with us are fully vaccinated. The vaccines we require are:

- Rabies:
• either the 1 or 3 year protocol
- Distemper & Parvo (on your vet record: DHLPP or DA2PP)
• Yearly
• 3 year protocol with a vet waiver only
- Bordetella
• Yearly
• At least 24 hours in advance of your pet’s stay
- Titers will only be accepted with a letter of waiver signed by both the pet owner
and their veterinarian.

We feel that all pets should be vaccinated on a yearly basis. We understand that many vets are recommending a vaccine protocol that differs from the traditional annual policy. To accommodate the new recommendations we will accept alternate vaccine protocols with a letter of waiver signed by the pet’s veterinarian.

Check in and out policy
- Check in is anytime during our business hours
- Check out is 12:00 Noon.
• Pets picked up after 12:00 Noon are charged for a full day’s lodging, an industry standard.
• If your pet has been pampered in our Pet Salon on the last day of his/her stay, lodging
will not be charged for that day.
• Sundays are always charged as a full day of lodging.
• Pet Shuttle service available to assist you.

We offer our kitty clients private condos housed in their own room well away from any canine guests. Each condo provides our feline guests with 8 square feet of floor space.

Our cat lodging is all inclusive and includes:
- private condo
- daily sanitizing with kitty safe cleaners
- twice daily litter box cleaning
- all natural, dust-free, odor-free, clay-free litter
- meals twice a day
- 24 hour a day access to fresh, clean water
- resting benches
- plush, hypoallergenic fleece mats
- all the attention they want from our pet care staff

* Discounted rates for 2 cats in a family to lodge together.
* All feline guests must arrive in individual carriers for their own safety

Pavlov’s Garden is our 3000 square foot xeric-scaped, securely fenced play area. Features include:
- two bridges
- a dry stream bed
- native plants and trees
- a people bench to jump on
- Trails to follow
- Rocks for climbing

We offer individual playtimes to all dogs boarded with us. During a playtime your dog will enjoy the undivided attention of our pet care technician. Activities your dog may enjoy include:
- Fetch
- Ball
- Frisbee
- Sun bathing
- Pettings and lovings

Your pet can enjoy up to 3 playtimes per day. We can also set up a rotating schedule so that your pet gets playtimes on certain days during his/her stay. Every playtime lasts for 15 minutes. Playtimes are an additional service. There is a charge for each playtime.
