Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Yes. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged for failure to check-in on the day of your pet's scheduled arrival unless a 24-hour notice of cancellation is given.
Reservation requests for the Winter Holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, should be made well in advance. (at least 6-weeks to 2-months.) Holiday requests are not valid until confirmed by telephone.
Terms and conditions for Winter Holidays reservations:
- A valid credit card on file and a $50 deposit to hold the reservation.
- A 72-hour notice of cancellation. Should you fail to cancel within that time frame, your card will be charged for an amount equal to the entire number of days you reserved, at our standard published rates for each animal.
