Online Reservations are only available to existing customers of New Mexican Kennels.

RETURNING CUSTOMERS  

New Customers

Before we can schedule a Lodging or Grooming reservation for the first time, it’s important we speak directly with you. We’ll need a few minutes of your time to gather information on your pet, finalize your Reservation and answer any of your questions. Please have the information on your pet available when calling (505) 344-0158 to make your FIRST reservation. Of course, if you're shopping for the perfect place to care for your pet, we're happy to provide you with any information on our services, and a tour of our facility.

FUTURE RESERVATIONS: Once your pet has Boarded at our facility at least once, you can make Lodging or Grooming Reservations online, by clicking on the Returning Customers link, or you may call our office at the number shown above.

Holiday Reservations

Reservation requests for the Winter Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, should be made well in advance. (at least 6-weeks to 2-months.) Holiday requests are not valid until confirmed by telephone. We require a valid credit card on file, plus a $50 deposit in order to hold Holiday reservations. We also require a 72-hour notice of cancellation for these holidays.

Credit Cards

As part of our registration process, we collect and retain information on a valid credit card. Your information is secure in our system. The credit card is authorized for use in case of a veterinary emergency. The card is also used if a reservation is made for a holiday period when a $50 deposit is required, or, it is used to charge the $30 fee for failure to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation for a boarding reservation.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged for failure to check-in on the day of your pet's scheduled arrival unless a 24-hour notice of cancellation is given.
